Ignite Equinox with Anne Brady-Cronin

Through guided meditation, intuitive play and group process we will give ourselves the time to shift into alignment with the Equinox energies. Bring a mat or a blanket, a journal and pen, as well as crayons, markers or colored pencils, and pictures, words that create empowerment within you (think pseudo vision board). We will have lots of colored pencils if you don't have any.
