Group Meditation - Thursdays @ 6:00
This free offering is open to all who are interested in meditation regardless of experience level. It's a great starting place for beginners and an opportunity for experienced meditators to expand their practice to a group format. Each week we will explore various forms of breathwork and mudra along with a 20-minute group meditation. Chairs are available, but feel free to bring a mat or cushion if you prefer.
